Love the simplicity and elegance

I wanted a simple window covering that would be soft, elegant, and easy to operate. I also didn't want anything too overpowering to compete with the furnishings already in the dining room. The blinds were easy to install and easy to operate. My husband and I were able to install these ourselves pretty quickly and without too much arguing. ; )

Customer service

Blinds are great but had 2 out of 27 that were not quite right in operation. Calling customer service was not very helpful as they started from the basis that it was my fault. They wanted me to take a video and go thru a bunch of hoops and when I did I never heard from anyone. Great blinds but lousy customer service

The Designer Roman Shades material is beautiful. Extremely easy to measure, order, and install. We are more than pleased with our purchase. Absolutely, worth the money. Outstanding product! Do not hesitate to purchase these shades.

We ordered 10 Designer series roman shades and we are very happy with all! The customer service teams helped me quickly with my questions. The order was shipped extremely fast and packaged with care. Installation was fairly easy and the look absolutely beautiful. We will be back when we are ready for more!
