Great Blinds!



Great blinds - installation went well. Very functional, as well as beautiful. Just recently installed, but seem to be very good quality. Love them! Plan to get more for other rooms now!

Blinds not cut as ordered



I ordered two basswood blinds that I requested be cut to 23 inch width. The two blinds that I received were 22 1/2 and 22 3/4. The top valance pieces were too short and could not be used so I’m resorting to a curtain valance to cover the top. I tried contacting the company by phone and through the chat without success. Very poor customer service.
