Beware if you purchase a house with these blinds in them. The company refuses to sell you parts for the blinds since you weren't the original purchaser of the blinds. They give you the runaround and lie about what you need to do to get "permission from the original purchaser" to buy parts. They told me that the only thing I needed to do was to have the original purchaser of the account they were ordered under, give them a call and provide permission for me to purchase replacement parts. Then when I actually called the person we bought the house from and they were on a three way call with me, more than willing to give permission, Aaron in customer service said that management had messaged him in the middle of our call and told him that wouldn't work. Then denied even having said that it only took the original owner saying I could purchase the parts. He went so far as to say that I didn't even own the blinds that were sold with the house and the original purchaser could come take them out of the house if they wanted. I asked to speak to management that he referred to and he refused stating they weren't available. I requested for a supervisor or manager to call me back and he refused that as well, stating that there was no order number for them to call me back about. Even when I reminded him that there was no order number because he refused to sell me the parts I was trying to purchase, so how could I have an order to reference. They only care about selling you brand new blinds and have no interest in fostering customer service or long-term customer satisfaction.
