Best customer service and really nice product


Nice blinds. Customer service by Al Dias was best I have ever received by anyone for any purchase. SB replaced problematic blinds and were very accomodating to replacing ones for low recharge that were incorrect mounts (not their fault but mine. Blinds are good quality and as advertized. I will shop again.

Beautiful quality roman shad



Ordered this shade, easy to measure based on video shown. Ordered the abalone floral flat roman shade for my dining room window and it is gorgeous! So much better than anything you pick up in a store. Have an odd sixed window and it fits perfectly, filters just enough light through for privacy when closed. Pretty easy to install, Instructions were not included so I went online and did a chat with a customer service rep and within a minute she had send me a link to print out the instructions! Great service. Thinking of ordering vertical blinds now for my patio doors to my sunroom. Would highly recommend this company to anyone. Watch for the good sales. Well worth the little more you pay. You get what you pay for! Also made in USA, a bonus.

Not worth the money



These blinds took weeks to arrive. My husband installed them while I was away and I am very disappointed in them. The swatches I received prior were soft, flexible fabric and were really nice. These blinds are stiff and feel like plastic. In fact, I think the room darkening backing is plastic. They don't lay flat and look and feel cheap. Of course, they are not returnable so we are stuck with them for a few years until we can afford to get new ones (we bought 4 and it cost us almost $1000). Live and learn- from now on we will go to a showroom and make sure we get what we want.
