I ordered about 25 blinds of different types 2 Vertical Outside mount, rest zebra inside mount. The order was placed post discussion with Sales Consultant (since I messed it myself and wanted to be sure) where I was advised that I need to provide the exact window measurement and any adjustments (based on inside or outside) would be done by Production Team. While inside mount was made all correct post size adjustment, outside mount vertical blinds were not adjusted for size and I am not able to install. Since last couple of weeks I am following however not getting any appropriate response. Customer Care number (option 5) continue to be on hold for long and no one calling back despite requesting on mail.
While the product is good, they should improve on Customers concerns and handling
