Not happy



Have alot of difficulty with closing the blind and blind measurement was giving exact and still doesn't cover the trim around door so you still can see in and out.

Hade to call customer service 3 times for missing items that were supposed to be included. valance corner clips, tie backs. nothing was included except the hardware (brackets) the controls keep getting tangled, cord and metal dire4ction controls. Have recd 2 of the 3 items I requested, am still waiting for the third. I will review this item again once all items are installed , had to pay for two visits of installer.

I am very pleased with the purchase. It was easy to measure because the site has clear instructions on how to do it plus video. Fast delivery and high quality packaging. Quick and easy installation after watching the video on the website. And of course the quality and texture of the blinds impressed us. Thanks!

We love these blinds!



These blinds give much needed privacy, look very nice with everything else in our room, and we love the texture. It gives a much nicer appearance than the plain smooth finish that I see on most vertical blinds. The also open and close easily. But the instructions were hard to understand because the pictures were not clear and we received 3 pieces that we did not need for our blinds. It didn't have enough information on the instructions to make up for unclear pictures or the extra pieces. We love the blinds now but we actually discussed sending them back and then decided to just guess about the instructions and the 3 pieces; we weren't happy right then but we love them now. We would recommend these but with a warning about installation.
