Didn’t receive my shades. I received emails regarding back orders and when I reached out via telephone, I was told by Roy that he would reach out to center and see what the reason for the back order and I would be contacted via email or we could cancel the order.
Felt misled by Select Blinds email and customer service after being on hold several minutes, that I wouldn’t have a solution today other than he would be happy to cancel my order. So, I canceled.
Wouldn’t recommend based solely on their customer service or lack thereof.
