Great shades and great customer service



I love these bamboo wooden shades! The quality for the price is really amazing. I was not going to be able to spend $500-$1,000 on custom shades just for my living room, which was the price of most everything I found, until I found these. I measured everything, called customer service to make sure they were mounted to the top of the frame and they were very helpful. I received them and they installed great and looked great, but one valance was a little longer than the others, so I contacted customer service and sent pictures and before I knew it, they had sent me another shade at no cost! That is the kind of customer service that will bring customers back again and again. I wish more companies were like that. I’ve had them up for a couple weeks now and they function great and look awesome!

Very pleased



These are great blinds. I have purchased 7 of them. Very pleased with the look, the quality and the ease of installation. Two critical points of feedback: 1) the screws provided are very cheap quality. One head snapped off and the heads tended to strip out very easily. 2) When you lift up the blinds, sometimes they don't sit evenly where you put them (they aren't perfectly horizontal) and it's not easy to make them perfectly level. The measurements were perfect.

We are pleased with the quality of the shades. Installation was super easy. We also purchased (a separate order) a power roman shade for our front door which we are happy with. Of course, everything is too expensive and these are no different. If you can measure and can read/follow the measuring instructions on the website, your shades should fit perfectly. We will purchase here again.
