Worst shutters ever, made wrong



As a contractor and client this was the worst order ever. The shutters were made upside down and were broken. Customer service were jokes. Was for a house for sale and we lost the deal. The company said to just hang upside down. Wow can you believe it! Then you chat with uneducated minimum wage people that don't have a clue. Disputed charges and throwing in dumpster! Also the corners / misters don't line up well at all. Run far from these jokers!!

I bought small shutters for a bathroom and they fit perfectly. So I then bought 5 shutters for my large dining room windows. They fit and look great. Would have been helpful to have instructions as the ones online aren't exactly what I bought. But it turned out to be very easy to install on our own. Definitely a 2-person job if the windows are large. Customer Service is particularly helpful and called me after reviewing my order to suggest a slight modification, which I agreed with.

Product evaluation



BeAutiful looking shutters, very easy installation. Shipping was messed up with 4 boxes total coming 2 one day and 2 others 3 days later which customer service was a bit perplexed and confused. Hinge system includes a nylon washer which is looselyplaced at the bottom of hinge pin. No clear direction provided for the location of the washer.Hoping they are durable
