Great room darkening option



Ordered these to go behind some drapes in my bedroom. I can use the roller blind to get some light when I need it instead of opening and closing the drapes. East to install and use. Works and looks great.

Backorder Until Feb 2023 - UNACCEPTABLE



I just placed an order for roller shades in every room for a new build house we just moved in to. We placed the order on 9/26/2022. I just got an email on 9/28/2022 that the roller shades for the master bedroom is not available until Feb 2023. I would have never ordered something that is on backorder. I'm livid you'd falsely advertise something for purchase that is not available then have the nerve to tell me you're not sure if my order can be cancelled. The person I talked to said she would get back to me in 2 days on what similar-to is available. Is that a tactic to get the rest of the order nearly completed and make it impossible for me to cancel? If any portion of an order is not available, it should be automatic that the entire order is put on hold until you verify with the customer the delay is acceptable. Seems common sense. I'm currently trying to cancel my order and will update accordingly. If you're a potential buyer, beware that what your order may not all beavailable and you'll have no idea until after you pay and some is in production.
