I was hesitant to order blinds online but decided to go for it due to the cost savings. I am totally satisfied with these blinds. They look fantastic and have dramatically improved the appearance of my windows. I purchased these blinds for all my windows and would do it again. My son just moved into his first home and plans to purchase the same blinds. I love the no holes option and the 5 inch vlanace which is a standard feature. These blinds are definitely an awesome value!!

Had MANY problems

The blinds themselves look nice, but quality control seems to be an issue, as well as shipping/packing. First set of blinds I ordered arrived with damaged valence, a few slats were dented/scratched, the center bracket had paint scraped off, and 95% of the slats weren't fully installed into the privacy loops (no holes option). Ordered replacement slats and over a week later those arrived but wrong size and wrong type (had holes). So another 1.5 weeks has gone by to receive the replacement slats. Second set of blinds I ordered from you arrived bent out of shape, and with a broken tilt mechanism (cracked). So still waiting on the replacement set of blinds for those. overall it was not worth the money spent, time spent on the phone dealing with support, and time wasted finishing the installation of the slats which should have been done at your factory. As I fill this survey out I still have no blinds on my office window. Your customer support however was very helpful.

We were very happy with the fast shipping and ease of installation of our new blinds. They fit our windows like a glove with each blind taking only 15 minutes to install. Out of 7 blinds, we only had a minor problem with 1 wich we were able to fix ourselves. The prices were better than any other stores we have checked in our area. We will shop here again for the remaining rooms in our home.

Measure the exact width (left to right) of the inside edge of the window frame in three places (top, middle and bottom).
Take the smallest of the three measurements.
Write down that size making sure that it is the first number of the measurement. This is the width you will order.
*production department will deduct 1/4 inch of width on each side of blind, total of 1/2 inch on inside mounted blinds to allow for mounting brackets.
Height
Measure the exact height (top to bottom) from the top inside edge down to the window sill in three places.
Take the largest of the three measurements.
Write down that size making sure that it is the second number of the measurement. This is the height you will order.

Width
Measure the exact width (left to right) of the wooden or metal window frame or how wide you would like the blind to be.
Make sure to measure wide enough as to cover the entire window and provide maximum light gap coverage. Example: If the window opening is 36", it might be helpful to order 40". This will provide 2" coverage on each side of the window.
There is no rule on the width of blinds other than to make sure that it is wide enough to cover the opening.
Keep in mind that the valance will be about 2" wider than width ordered.
Write down that size making sure that it is the first number of the measurement. This is the width you will order.
Height
Measure the height you would like the blind to be by measuring top to bottom.
We recommend adding about 3 or 4 inches to this number to insure maximum light gap coverage and to cover the window completely.
Please be sure to know that the height measurement will always include the headrail. Example: if the height ordered is 50" this will be the height including the headrail (from the very top of the headrail to the bottom rail).
You will want to mount the headrail above the window frame. Please make a note that some windows have trim that might interfere with mounting so it's important to measure above the trim if this is the case.
Headrail is 2.25" in height.
