Thank you, my windows look awesome! I love these blinds. The room has a lot of character and I get a lot of compliments.
I believe the instructions should be more clear, especially for the dust cover installation. The blinds look great once installed. I would definitely recommend adding several inches to length and width as I added two inches to length and if I didn't they would be too short. I didn't add to the length and although it's ok, I wish I had added two inches there also to cover the trim when the blinds are open and closed. They suggest adding but don't tell you it's really advised and probably necessary. Also be aware that if you expect a tilt wand with an oversize measurment, you will only get a pull cord (this I didn't notice when I was ordering). All in all, I'm happy with my purchase.
After installing the blinds,I find that the clamps that hold the blinds to the headrail are not strong enough to hold the blinds in place.Opening the blinds,several of them keep falling out from the clamps,if a little breeze blows through the window the same thing happens.A redesign or an improvement on these haedrail clamps would make an excellent product.
My experience was great. I received samples, ordered the blinds and received them very quickly. These blinds look great and were easy to install.
My verticals arrived with a track defect and with one call to customer service, a new track was sent right out. Great service, good product, excellent value!
