I bought 2 102" wide by 45" long. One, center stacking ($15.00 extra) the other opposite side stacking. When they arrived, the packing slip said two opposite stacking. I called the company before opening the box and was assured that was in the box was what I ordered. So I hired someone to install them. Well, the packing slip was right, my order was wrong and one of the valances was damaged. I called the company. They were very good about it and said I would receive the right order and another valance. I did. Had to call the installer again when they came in. I love the way they look but now the chain is very hard to use and the blinds fall out of the slots when I close them. Called the company again and was told that there could be something wrong with the slots the blinds fit into and they will send a dozen new slots. This is all very good but I can't do it myself. Should have bought locally.
Ordered pull on wrong side, did not know that there would be such a big space from the pull to the 1st blind. Light leaks through, and these are darkening blinds.
This was my first purchase from Select Blinds and you have a won a customer. The quality is wonderful, delivery fast and the product actually beyond my expectations. This purchase was for office use and the professional look will bring us back for more.
They are very elegant looking and give my living room and dining room a very finished looked compared to the curtains I previously had. I did have an issue with one of the tracks being wrong, but customer service sent the correct one within a week.
