First tried 1 day guarantee selection. Guarantee turned out to be a joke and ended up canceling order. Ordered these shades and shipping was faster than anticipated. Shades were shipped with wrong directions but really didn't need directions to install. Fit perfectly and look good so far. Roller mechanism isn't real smooth but not an issue. Overall very satisfied with purchase.
Very decent quality for the price paid. Simple to install. It helps to reduce greenhouse effect in our house, that has 3 french doors facing west. The house is cooler, the air conditioning unit runs less often and for sure our electricity bill will be
lower.
Everything was as advertised. Installation was very easy and the shades look great. The only negatives are the shades seem very hard to raise and I'm concerned the chains may fail soon. (They haven't so far though). Also, the instructions state that the
chain clasps will be at the top when shades are raised to the top and they are. They also state the clasps will be at the tension device (just short of going through) when the shades are almost to the bottom of the window but they’re not. The shades stop about
6 inches short of the bottom of the glass. The clasp has to be pushed through the tensioner opening to allow the shades to go completely down. I checked the length against the order I filled out and it is accurate. Otherwise, very satisfied with the shades.
