SelectFusion Blackout Collection combines the beauty of a fabric roman shade with the great insulating benefits of a honeycomb cellular shade. Tailored panels cascade over the insulating pleated cellular layer, hiding the cords. When the shade is raised, panels stack neatly behind one another. This product is recommended for any room where privacy and light blockage are major factors such as, bedrooms, theater rooms, and game rooms. This blackout roman shade comes standard with a continuous cord loop, which will feature a matching fabric insert strip. A 6” valance is available as an upgrade option. This luxurious product will provide the finishing touch that you are looking for. As with all of our products, roman shades come with a limited lifetime warranty and free shipping.

To ensure that all materials are from the same dye lot, please order at the same time. Lift cords are white. Headrail size for continuous cord 1 7/8" deep x 1 3/8" tall. Minimum flush inside mounting surface for continuous cord=2". Minimum mounting surface for continuous cord =1". Honeycomb backing is made from 3/8" double cell material and has a 4.6 R-Value to provide optimal energy efficiency. Valance will be 1/8" less ordered width for inside mount, plus 1" ordered width for outside mount. Must have 3 1/2" depth for flush mount. Finished dimension for inside mount is minus 3/8" ordered width, outside mount is ordered width.

Measuring Instructions for Roman Shades

All roman shades except Fusion
Width

Measure the exact width (left to right) of the inside edge of the window frame in three places (top, middle and bottom).
Take the smallest of the three measurements.
Write down that size making sure that it is the first number of the measurement. This is the width you will order.
Factory will deduct 3/8" on all inside mount orders to ensure a proper fit.

Height

Measure the exact height (top to bottom) from the top inside edge down to the window sill in three places.
Take the largest of the three measurements.
Write down that size making sure that it is the second number of the measurement. This is the height you will order.
Multiple shades with different lengths may not have the same size pleats. It is always recommended to order all shades using the longest length in the room.

Fusion Shades
Width

Measure the exact width (left to right) of the inside edge of the window frame in three places (top, middle and bottom).
Take the smallest of the three measurements.
Write down that size making sure that it is the first number of the measurement. This is the width you will order.
*Finished dimension for shade will be 3/8" less ordered width.
If Valance is ordered, it will be 1/8" less ordered width. Must have 3 ½" depth for flush mount.

Height

Measure the exact height (top to bottom) from the top inside edge down to the window sill in three places.
Take the largest of the three measurements.
Write down that size making sure that it is the second number of the measurement. This is the height you will order.
Height may vary by 1/8" – 1 ½" longer than ordered drop.

*width and length measurements may vary +/- 1/8"

All roman shades except Fusion
Width

Measure the exact width (left to right) of the wooden or metal window frame or how wide you would like the blind or shade to be.
Make sure to measure wide enough as to cover the entire window and provide maximum light gap coverage. Example: If the window opening is 36", it might be helpful to order 40". This will provide 2" coverage on each side of the window.
There is no rule on the width of blinds other than to make sure that it is wide enough to cover the opening.
Write down that size making sure that it is the first number of the measurement. This is the width you will order.

Height

Measure the height you would like the blind to be by measuring top to bottom.
We recommend adding about 3 or 4 inches to this number to insure maximum light gap coverage and to cover the window completely.
Please be sure to know that the height measurement will always include the headrail. Example: if the height ordered is 50" this will be the height including the headrail (from the very top of the headrail to the bottom rail).
You will want to mount the headrail above the window frame. Please make a note that some windows have trim that might interfere with mounting so it's important to measure above the trim if this is the case.
Multiple shade orders of different heights may not have the same size pleats. It is always recommended to order all shades using the longest length in the room.

Fusion Shades
Width
