These blinds disappointed me. The quality is not what I expected for the money. They have tiny stich holes that show thru light on two or threee of the blinds, right above where the wooden rods go thru the bottom. Also I was missing two wooded rods, was not contactted when the blinds took much longer than expected. I had to contact the company twice to see why I hadnt received them, credit card was ran before the blinds were shipped, they took two or three weeks AFTER the money was paid. I felt I should have been told how long they would take. All in all I am not happy with the blinds, or customer service. Much cheaper looking than expected for the money!
I ordered the blinds and then 3 days after I was supposed to receive them I call them to find out that they were out of the material and were waiting for it, they never let me know. Then they promised they would ship the blinds overnight as I've had to wait for so long, again they shipped it ground. The blind is fine, although the fit is a bit too tight, but the wait was unacceptable.
We've been looking for something to block out the light in our bedrooms...especially for our toddler when we are trying to get him to sleep and the sun is still out! They were easy to install. We just leave them down to keep the heat out too.
I am so pleased with all aspects of this purchase. I work at JCPenny's and I got this shade at a better price here. I bought a MTM cellular shade at JCP for my son and have to return it today ...the box was so flimsy..it arrived bent and torn open, the cellular shade unusable. The box my roller shade came in was strong and delivered by people that took care of it. The shade is great and I love it, I will get the cassette type next time.
Very satisfied with this product. Product was slightly damaged during shipping. but was not noticeable after installation.
