The roller shade we bought was as we expected. The color was good on our MLB shade (the red was red, etc.) We did run into a snag because the chain loop that operates the shad was too long for the window, preventing the tensioner from working properly.<br> They sent us a new clutch/bead assembly (it's all one unit) with no instructions on how to repair, and because I was now unsure of their customer service, I was afraid of breaking our expensive shade irreparably. Two phone calls and two YouTube videos later,<br> I was able to swap out the clutches. The customer service was initially poor, but they recovered well. Other, less handy customers would give this a lower overall rating.<br>

My experience with select blinds was very pleasant. I was not what you would call very knowledgable about what I needed and everyone, and I mean everyone I talked to was extremely patient. If I could have given them a 6 star rating, I would have.
