The blinds are very nice and block the light out completely. The chain however breaks too easliy when pulling the blinds up and down.
Order process was great, easy to select and very price competitive. However, if you are not a pro, you will have difficulty installing the blinds, but it it cost you installation. The search engine fir the installers is not very competitive and show little
results.
Initially, the order was shipped incomplete, but I had great customer service to resolve the situation. On the contraction, the installation of the rollerblades with facial is very difficult and the instructions are hard to follow and should be more detailed
with pictures.
We put this shade on our sliding glass door for extra privacy. It looks great.
