A top layer and bottom layer in coordinating colors are sewn together at the rod pocket, giving a warm and inviting look to the overall window fashion design. The bottom layer is either a coordinating stripe or check design. The double layer scallop valance can accommodate either a 1 ½” pocket and header, or a 3” pocket and header.
