How to Submit a Claim
Simply notify our F.I.T.™ team within 15 days of receipt of product and our specialized team will exchange or trim the window covering that was measured incorrectly. If the item is too big the blind/shade may be trimmed down to fit your window by our manufacturing facility. If replacement blinds/shades are necessary they may only be remade in the same product and color. In the event that there is a price difference between the old and new blind/shade we simply ask that you pay the difference. This guarantee covers 1 blind/shade per household and cash refunds are not allowed.
