Our Fit Improvement Team (F.I.T.™) will help you get the right fit in the unlikely event that you incorrectly measured your blinds or shades, and we will correct the problem for FREE!** We know that sometimes a mistake is made. We understand, and we are on your side.

How to Submit a Claim
Simply notify our F.I.T.™ team within 15 days of receipt of product and our specialized team will exchange or trim the window covering that was measured incorrectly. If the item is too big the blind/shade may be trimmed down to fit your window by our manufacturing facility. If replacement blinds/shades are necessary they may only be remade in the same product and color. In the event that there is a price difference between the old and new blind/shade we simply ask that you pay the difference. This guarantee covers up to 3 blinds/shades per household and cash refunds are not allowed.

Shipping
Original blinds must be returned to SelectBlinds before new blinds are shipped. Return shipping is customer responsibility.
