I purchased one blind to check out the quality. Then I could hardly wait to get the rest of my house done! They are beautiful, what more can I say! Don't hesitate to order from Select Blinds, you will be glad you did!
The blinds are beautiful and look like real wood. We measured as instructed in 3 places and yet the blinds were exactly our measurements with no adjustments for "wiggle room". Blinds were inside mount and took off the paint as the fit was SO tight. We had to remove the metal end caps. The larger blinds all are bowed and we tried to adjust as instructed, but only became worse and us very frustrated. In order to not have light, you must close the slats tight - you feel like you are going to rip the cord off.
My order was mixed up and I received someone else's order and then that took a week to correct and when I got my order there were missing shades - that took another 2 weeks. Out of all of the shades (15) ordered, only 3 were easy to install. Still working on the ones that are bowed. I would recommend professional install. Great value, but hard to install.

Absolutely love these blinds and can't wait to order more for the entire house. The fit is perfect and they are beautiful. Installation would have been a snap if I hadn't run into the concrete block during installation. Ran to hardware store and purchased concrete screws and drill bit and was back in business getting them installed. Haven't seen anything this nice locally for the price. Excellent value.
I liked the idea of no holes but the slats don't stay in place even inside mounted. My husband has never noticed. The strings are not staying tight to the slat cords but I am sure none do. These are my first blinds as a caring adult. One of the blinds came w/o the clear plastic guides on top but seems to work as well as the others. They arrived within the specified time, which was two days before I went to visit mom. I was thrilled to get to see them up before I left. They don't close very tight at the bottom. Some of the finish buttons for the strings had fallen off as they were taken from the box. I wish they put faux wood beads for the pull strings. Customer service was very friendly. You will want to call them to make sure your sample order was received.
