The blinds came to my house in great condition, except for one set that was broken when I opened it. The blinds were easy to install and look great for the price, but I have yet to receive any help with the "broken" blind. After several attempts with customer service they have not acknowledged my problem. I have called 3 times and sent emails 2 times containing pictures of the broken piece, yet no one seems to understand what part is broken and it seems that they are unwilling to send a new blind. Not very satisfied. Tired of trying.
We have a 3-season room with 3 walls that are completely glass windows and doors (16 sets). Any window treatments would have required a substantial investment. And on top of that, these windows were of an unusual size (34x80 inches) and not all the same size, precluding any "standard" ready-made option. We were resigned to the fact that this was going to cost us big time for custom made shades or blinds. We found the selectblinds website and our prayers were answered! We had some questions on size and color and called the service number. A very helpful young lady answered all of our questions right on the spot--on a weekend, no less. We chose the Express Faux Wood Blinds and had 16 custom-blinds delivered to us the same week we ordered them! I was able to install all 16 of them in a couple of evenings, after dinner. They look fabulous, like we had a custom decorator do the job and at a price that was comparable to ready-mades from Home Depot. Thanks again for a wonderful product that are extremely well made, look great, and at an unbeatable price.

The blinds were exactly what we wanted. We are extremely pleased with the blinds. The only downfall was that 2 of the boxes were missing the plastic clips to hold the molding piece on. I also broke 3 until I perfected putting them on. I wouldn't mind buying a box of 40 to keep around as they are extremely fragile.
