The blinds were made very quickly and shipped to us within about a week with their standard shipping. Once we received them they were very easy to install and they look great! The only issue with them and the reason for not getting five stars was that they seemed to be missing a few small pieces to screw the bottoms down. We also ran into the issue that with our larger blind that we ordered it just came with the two end brackets and not the center brace which the instructions recommend you to install but I don't think that it will be too big of an issue.
These blinds do not raise and lower esily, in fact very hard to do that. Good thing where I have them installed I only need to open or close, not raise them.
We received a great price for the value of the blinds! We are happy with the end product. The only downside of the whole experience was not receiving a tracking number once the product left the manufacturing site. We contacted customer service, and they were professional, friendly and helpful. Other than that, we are happy with select blinds!
My first order was for blinds for my upstair bedrooms. I was thrilled with the quality and elegance of the blinds so much that I ordered a round of 5 more for my down stair windows. The fit is amazing, the quality of the product is superb, and the general ease of installation was quick! I would highly advise you to purchase this blind if you need privacy. When open, the wider slots give you good viewing out of your windows. I believe that they have even helped cut down the costs of air conditioning by keeping it cooler in my home!
