Faux wood blinds have become more popular as a window blind over the last several years. They are more warp resistant than ever before, and have UV ratings as high as 500. This means that faux wood blinds from Select Blinds maintain their color, and won't yellow or fade in extreme heat or direct sunlight. Faux wood blinds are available in several configurations, such as 2" faux wood blinds, and 2 1/2" faux wood blinds, both configured as horizontal blinds, and as a 3 1/2" faux wood blind, which is made as a vertical blind.

Options

The options are amazing with faux wood blinds from Select Blinds. With slat sizes in both 2 inch and 2 1/2 inch, we offer a good fit for most size windows. And with some models coming in as many as 18 different color choices, you will be sure to find the exact match for your current room.

An available option on some of our faux wood blinds is the 2 on 1, or 3 on 1 headrail. This is for larger windows that are longer then what is recommended for a single headrail.

All faux wood blinds are raised and lowered with a lift system. The standard lift system consists of a small cord being run from top to bottom of the blind, going through a small hole in each slat. There is also the "no holes privacy" option in place of the standard lift. The "no holes privacy" uses hidden ladders attached behind the slats. This keeps the slats a solid piece of wood, helping with insulation and light filtering.
