I LOVE these slumber shades they are so AWESOME!! They totally block out light, look GREAT and I installed them all by myself. The directions were so easy. I was so impressed by them and I had to be impressed by myself too 'cause I'm not very handy that way. Thank You for a GREAT product. I will be getting more blinds from you in the future!!

There is a lamppost right outside my bedroom window. I replaced that shade with a slumber blind. Wow! Total darkness!ZZZZ I love this invention, and it was very easy to hang.

Per some other reviews, I ordered my blinds 1/4 inch larger than my actual window opening, and 1 and 1/2 inch longer than my actual window opening. The fit is just perfect. <br><br>The quality of the products was very good for the price. The cornice matched the color of the blinds nicely and the cordless up down mechanism works great.<br><br>I had never used cellular blinds and I was shocked at the energy efficiency they provide. My bedroom, which faces the hot western sun all afternoon, is now the coolest room in the house.<br><br>I'm already planning my next purchase from select blinds.<br>

Very nice blind but customer service did not come through on this one, the side tracks were the wrong size and I tried to get the correct size, been over a month and still nothing. If you could actually get all the hardware to fit they would fit our needs.

3/8” Double Cell Blackout Slumber Shades are the official window shade product of the National Sleep Foundation for a very good reason. This is the only product that completely darkens the room, providing for a restful night of sleep. With traditional blackout shades there is always some light that filters in on the top and the sides of the shade. Slumber Shades have specially designed side tracks and a top seal that blocks all incoming light. An added benefit is that the double cell blackout fabric insulates the windows for energy savings. Inside mount headrail will be plus 1/4". Inside mount fabric width will be ordered width less 1/2".
Height:
Measure the exact height (top to bottom) from the top inside edge down to the window sill in three places.
Take the largest of the three measurements.
Write down that size making sure that it is the second number of the measurement. This is the height you will order.
When the vanes are expanded (closed), the bottom rail touches the window sill. When the vanes are compressed (open), the bottom rail may lift off the sill slightly. This is normal.
How to Measure EcoTrack Products
EcoTrack products are available as inside mount only.
Width:
Measure the exact width (left to right) of the inside edge of the window frame in 3 places (top, middle, and bottom).
Take the smallest of the 3 measurements; this is the width that you will order.
Factory will make the following deductions: o Headrails: 1" less than width ordered. o Fabric: 1 1/8" less than width ordered.
Mounting requirements: o Minimum inside mount depth: 1 ½". o Flush inside mount: 2".
Height:
Measure the exact height (top to bottom) from the top inside edge down to the window sill in 3 places.
Take the largest of the 3 measurements; this is the height that you will order.

Width:
Measure the exact width (left to right) of the wooden or metal window frame or how wide you would like the blind or shade to be.
Make sure to measure wide enough as to cover the entire window and provide maximum light gap coverage. Example: if the window opening is 72", it might be helpful to order 76". This will provide 2" coverage on each side of the window.
There is no rule on the width of blinds other than to make sure that it is wide enough to cover the opening.
Fabric will be made at ordered width and headrail will be made at ordered width plus 1/4".
Write down that size making sure that it is the first number of the measurement.
Height:
Measure the height you would like the blind to be by measuring top to bottom.
We recommend adding about 3 or 4 inches to this number to insure maximum light gap coverage and to cover the window completely.
Please be sure to know that the height measurement will always include the headrail. Example: if the height ordered is 50", this will be the height including the headrail (from the very top of the headrail to the bottom rail).
You will want to mount the headrail above the window frame. Please make a note that some windows have trim that might interfere with mounting so it's important to measure above the trim if this is the case.
