Elegance valances are made with 3 sections of standard lined fabric. The center section is bordered by a similar length curved section on either side, and comes standard with a ½” self bias tape bottom. This can be upgraded with an optional decorative fringe or cord for the bottom hem only. The 3 swags have an 18” long drop. Due to the construction of the 3 swags, the Elegance board mounted valances require a minimum width of 48”.
