Received my blinds on the exact day promised. Had my husband install them, "inside window frame install" and we were admiring them just 40 minutes later for all three windows.

| Fast and quality service is what to expect from Select Blinds. Be sure to read the on site "How to measure" before you order. I made a big mistake and submitted wrong sizes due to not reading the directions. Unfortunately I can't use these blinds and had to 'eat it" and reorder...the RIGHT WAY. I did leave a message with Customer Service as directed,but got no reply. Select Blinds does a wonderful job and the product is high quality and easy to install. Just be sure to read directions before you order. They are clear and simple. |

| The true test of any company is not when everything goes great but when the occasional mishap occurs. I had a medium sized order of 14 blinds arrive at my home in near record time. Product quality was great and all the parts were in place, as expected. Then it hit…one blind was about 2 inches too short. At first, I thought I had messed up the measurement but no, the measurement was right but the blind was too short. Select Blinds responded immediately. | I received the Select pleated blinds in squiggle cognac, and though I couldn't order a swatch first, the color and look of the inside mounted shades is just what I was hoping for! With the added liner we have our privacy back as well, along with enough light to illuminate the dining room even when the top down/bottom up shades are fully closed. Perfect! |
