The quality of the blinds are good. The customer service is horrible. I ordered blinds mid November with a delivery of 12/16/22. It was then pushed to 1/6/23 with no communication to let me know that happen. Then on 1/6/23, I went to look at the order with a new ship date of 1/28/23. Tried to call the 800 number they have listed and it directs you to live chat or email. Very deceiving. This company sells to the masses. If you want a product actually delivered when they say and have any remote sense of customer service - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!
