Love the blind! Took forever and pricey

The blind is beautiful. It actually was easy to install and only took 15-20 minutes. We have bought other blinds from here and loved them but they did take a little longer to install. I honestly thought this would be a hard one to install so was pleasantly surprised. Downside it was over $500 for one window so I can’t afford to do all of them. I also ordered in September and didn’t get u til January so that was much longer than the time it said it would be when I placed the order. I wish they didn’t cost so much so I could get several more

Love the blinds, terrible shipper

Blinds came by YRC Fright, when they were delivered the boxes were so damaged I was worried about the shutters. Driver said I had to check every box because I couldn't return them if I accepted shipping. So after a half hour of opening 8 boxes there was only one corner damaged by shipper. Loved the look of the blinds so I kept them. Put them up myself and love the look. Just have to touch up damaged corner.

Hard to Install

The installation was quite difficult; the hinges did not line up with the border or framing. We had to move the middle hinge to get it to align with the top and bottom hinge; middle hinge was way off. The dowel broke off on each corner and the wood/partial board which holds the dowel broke off which made to indentation bigger--it was a mess! Thanks be to God we were able to screw in and adjust with shims.
