I’ve never been more disappointed in a cellular shade product!
Ordered living room shades with motorization. Even paid a local window shade professional to come help with pairing it to the remote. He said it was a piece of junk. All we got it to do was go up or down with little jerks. Select blinds said we weren’t pairing it right, and wouldn’t replace product.
Another honeycomb shade I ordered for a different window was able to be manually pulled dow, but wouldn’t go back up. I took a video and sent it to Select Blinds. They said they’d send a new shade. It arrived today. Doesn’t work any better than the first one!!
It’s all junk!! I wasted over $900!!!
