Great Shades for the Price

I love these shades. This order makes the fifth, sixth and seventh time I've ordered this product and would absolutely recommend. My only issue, one that I have been able to resolve but may be an issue for some is that the mounting brackets don't have screw holes that align with my my interior window stiles and I have to drill new holes in each bracket.

Good for the price

The online pics were a little deceiving as I requested the flat fold but picture still showed tha there was a bit of a fold. I guess I should of gone with the hobbled look. Lesson learned. Other than that the product is great considering what we paid.

OK, not great

The quality and ease of installation of these silk Roman shades did not measure up to the previous reviews and my expectations and standards. The "premium silk" is not really premium silk. But I guess for the price, what more could I expect. I have ordered other products by SelectBlinds in the past and have been pleased until now.

Poor Quality and Poor Custiomer Service!

One of my blinds came 1/2 inch shorter on the left corner. I sent an e mail to the web site and my claim was rejected. I have sent them quite a few pictures and the claims people seem to have ever excuse in the book. I have wasted a good amount of time and spent my hard earned money on this poor quality product!

Hello Timothy, We are sorry to hear your Roman Shade came shorter in some spots. I looked and see we put in a request for full length pics tha
