We received our solar shades within a week and a half of ordering them. During the day, you can see outside through these shades but they still offer privacy. They also provide UV protection inside, so we are quite happy with them. We did have one problem with one of the shades being cut a little shy of the width we wanted, but Select Shades made good on the deal and sent out a replacement within two weeks.
