Very happy with shades

I am very happy with the roman shades I bought other than the fact that the pull is on the back side of the shade which requires a little more effort to put up and down. However it looks wonderful because of it.

Shades easy to find, samples quickly mailed, questions answered promptly, ordering process made easy w/ good directions, delivery prompt and installation no hassle. I especially appreciated the 24hr hold so as to review order and make certain this was what I wanted before order went into effect.
