This was my first experience with Select Blinds. Nearly everything I needed to know is on their website. I made 2 calls to customer service, and each time my call was handled quickly, professionally, and courteously, by knowledgeable staff. I am very pleased with my shades, they perform very well, they block the light as I hoped they would, the mechanisms work perfectly, and I can definitely tell that they added insulation to the widow they were used on.
Before I bought the shades, I requested and received several samples that were delivered quickly to my home, helping me to decide which product to buy. Overall, my experience with Select Blinds was outstanding, and every aspect of my transaction, from customer service to manufacturing was done right here in the USA. This company offers good old fashioned customer oriented service provided from Americans to Americans. I highly recommend this company for it's service, products, timeliness, and value.
One extra note: When I opened the box that my Eco Track cellular shade came in, there was an unexpected gift inside the box (An indoor/outdoor thermometer) that was completely unexpected, but much appreciated all the same!
