I ordered five roller shades. Three were the classic fabric room darkening style. Two of these had defects a small hole in one and a fabric run in another. Brian in customer service was very helpful via emails. I received my replacements and am happy with the quality and style. Thank You!

Exactly what I wanted



I bought 6 roller shades in chocolate with cassette, reverse roll, motorized and 6 channel remote. Overall it looks great. The free sample really helped ahead of time because I felt more confident it was the right thing. Installation wasn't bad but reprogramming the remote across the 6 shades was difficult. The directions on how to program were slightly different on the remote's directions vs the shade's directions. Eventually I figured it out but the directions on that part could be better.

This blind blocks light while making the room stylish. Easy installation. Fabrics seems to be sturdy and durable.
