Sunny window problem solved!



Have large window (109" X 76") in great room that sun beams in & was concerned about fading carpet. This blind is perfect. I can still see out and now have UV protection. Oversized box was well packed and installation was easy. Erin P. was my sales consultant and she was wonderful!! A++ customer service.

Great Quality but......



If you want an inside mount and have less than 4 or 5" width do not order the head rail-fascia, it's HUGE. Would be better for an outside mount application, for a finished look. It was much-much too big for the 2 1/4" I had. Unfortunately that's the only mount it comes with and customer service said that the blinds are made to order the mount that is ordered. The whole heavy order has to be rewrapped and shipped back. Customer service was helpful and says I should get an e-mailed return label for free return shipping in a couple of days. I'm big on recycling and leaving a small imprint and this makes me sad to waste such resources.(product, shipping, expense for company)

Great value for the price.
Blinds, themselves, were fine. Only complaint was that I had ordered SS chains for all 5 of my shades. Instead, they all came with standard chains. But, once I called, the chains and accompanying gear mechanisms were shipped to me promptly. So kudos on great after sale customer service.
