the discription of the blinds read that their was a neutral color on back side this is not true it should read white! It does NOT match my house on outside!

I purchased and installed 11 blinds for my new home. Very nice and easy to install. However the clip on handles and the top rail end caps prevent the top down rail from sitting level to the top mount rail. There are magnets in the top mount rail to hold up the top down rail. The magnets cannot engage properly due to the aforementioned clips. This results in an uneven appearance of the top down rail and lets light through the gap. I have brought this to the attention of customer service and sent pictures. To date, no solution has been provided. I will update my review at such a time when a solution is provided.

Love the upgrade options

I am thankful to have them send out some free samples of the color options. I would not have chosen the one I did without that option. Also, the upgrades were a bonus. I love my upgraded headrail of Oil Rubbed Bronze. Really helps set this shade apart from others.
