The roller shade we bought was as we expected. The color was good on our MLB shade (the red was red, etc.) We did run into a snag because the chain loop that operates the shad was too long for the window, preventing the tensioner from working properly.
They sent us a new clutch/bead assembly (it's all one unit) with no instructions on how to repair, and because I was now unsure of their customer service, I was afraid of breaking our expensive shade irreparably. Two phone calls and two YouTube videos later,
I was able to swap out the clutches. The customer service was initially poor, but they recovered well. Other, less handy customers would give this a lower overall rating.
