Over all I am happy with my blind selection. They fit my window and we had not issues installing. However Customer Service needs help. I ordered on Nov 20, and on Dec 10 I started calling to find out where my product was. After several people not knowing
the whearabouts of my order, finally someone was able to let me know that they still needed to be shipped. I was told they would send it 2 day however 5 days later the shipment arrived. Each time I called no one really seemed to interested in helping me locate
the order. I still have another window in the same room to cover, not sure if I am going to yet...
