Material showed up packaged ruggedly to prevent damage. Considering it came from the west coast, I was impressed with the lack of shipping abuse. The box included everything I needed to perform installation. Directions could not have been simpler. The location where this was installed badly needed some form of sun shading. The shutters make for a very gentle light blocking effect that really warms up the area. Much more effective than other options. As it is in our kitchen, and these are poly, clean up should be a breeze.
